عدد الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات من أصحاب الهمم المدرجين في العالم يبلغ حوالي 240 مليوناً

وهدا المبادرة اطلقت من ابوظبي الى العالم
مع مجموعة من المراكز المتخصصة باصحاب الهمم
بعمل
اول برنامج لصناع المحتوى من اصحاب الهمم وتدريبهم على التصوير الفوتوغرافي والتصوير السينمائي وتصوير المناسبات والفعاليات مع فريق تصوير محترف وعمل برامج توعوية للجهات الحكومية والخاصة الداعمة للاستراتيجية الوطنية لتمكين أصحاب الهمم وتسليط الضوء على دور الشركات في المساهمة بتمكين اصحاب الهمم
عن طريق افلام وثائقية
ضمن مشروع
عالمي لجودة الحياة لاصحاب الهمم،
حسب توجيهات مجلس الوزراء بإطلاق السياسة الوطنية للتمكين أصحاب الهمم ورفع الكفاءة لديهم .
هذا وتأتي المبادرة ضمن استراتيجية التي أطلقها سمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس الدولة، والتي
تضمنت خمسة أهداف رئيسية: هي بناء ثقافة المجتمع المبني على المنظور الحقوقي لاصحاب الهمم، تفعيل دور
أصحاب الهمم وأسرهم وتمكينهم من خلال إشراكهم في عملية التحول نحو مجتمع دامج، خلق بيئة تتيح الوصول
المتكافئ لأصحاب الهمم للحقوق والخدمات والفرص في جميع مراحل الحياة، ضمان تقديم خدمات متكاملة وذات
جودة عالية في القطاع الحكومي والخـاص، وأخيرا تطوير إطار تنمية اجتماعية مستدامة وقائمة على البيانات
. الخاصة باصحاب الهمم وأسرهم
وبناءا عليه، يسعدنا دعوتكم لدعم وتطوير هذه المبادرة دعـما لاطفالنا من أصحاب الهمم والتوحد وتمكينهم
